Terms and conditions of the kurad.eu / Funny Hunny online shop

General provisions

  1. The online shop available at kurad.eu (the “Shop”) is run by Mateusz Stasik, trading as Kura-d.pl Mateusz Stasik, ul. Sądecka 50, 34-700 Rabka-Zdrój, Poland, VAT ID: PL7352638573, REGON: 121207687 (the “Seller”).
  2. The Seller can be contacted about all matters relating to the Shop, including orders, complaints and withdrawal from the contract, by e-mail at info@kurad.eu.
  3. These Terms set out the rules for using the Shop, in particular for placing orders for products available in the Shop, delivering ordered products to the Customer, paying the sale price, the Customer’s right to withdraw from the contract, and submitting and handling complaints.
  4. With regard to services provided electronically (e.g. the Customer account, the contact form), these Terms constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  5. Definitions used in these Terms:
    • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Shop.
    • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
    • Goods / Product – a movable item offered for sale in the Shop, including handmade pillows and accessories, also available in a personalised version (e.g. with an embroidered name).
    • Sales contract – a distance contract concluded via the Shop between the Customer and the Seller.
    • Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales contract.

Placing orders, prices and payment

  1. Orders can be placed in the Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via kurad.eu.
  2. To place an order, the Customer adds the selected products to the basket and follows the instructions displayed in the Shop, providing the details needed to fulfil the order (including the delivery address) and choosing the payment and delivery method.
  3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales contract. After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation of its acceptance at the e-mail address provided, which is equivalent to the conclusion of the Sales contract.
  4. Product prices in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in euros (EUR). Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown separately before the order is placed.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, to introduce new goods and to run and cancel promotions. Such changes do not affect orders placed before they were introduced.
  6. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout (online payment by card and other methods offered by the payment operator). Order fulfilment begins once the payment has been credited to the Seller’s account or has been successfully authorised.

Order fulfilment time and delivery

  1. Most products available in the Shop are handmade, and some are personalised to the Customer’s individual order (e.g. with an embroidered name). The standard order fulfilment time is up to 5 working days from the day the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
  2. Where justified by an increased number of orders, seasonality (e.g. the pre-Christmas period), the individual nature of the order or other reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the fulfilment time may be extended. The Seller will inform the Customer of any extension without delay, by e-mail or phone, stating the new expected fulfilment date.
  3. The fulfilment time does not include delivery time, which depends on the carrier and the destination country and is shown at checkout.
  4. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer according to the price list shown in the Shop before the order is placed, unless the Seller offers free delivery above a certain order value as part of a current promotion – in line with the information shown in the Shop and in the basket.
  5. Orders are delivered to the countries available for selection at checkout. For delivery to other countries, please contact the Seller in advance at info@kurad.eu.

Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance Sales contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, other than those provided for by law.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer) takes physical possession of the goods.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement – e.g. an e-mail to info@kurad.eu or a letter sent to the Seller’s registered address. The Consumer may, but does not have to, use the model withdrawal form.
  4. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods back or until the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
  5. The Consumer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This applies in particular to personalised products, including pillows embroidered with a chosen name or text, made to the Customer’s individual order. Information about the lack of a right of withdrawal in such cases is provided on the product page before the order is placed.
  7. The exclusion referred to in point 6 does not exclude or limit the Consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods – including personalised goods.

Complaints, statutory warranty and product safety

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects and is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the applicable law, as a rule for a period of 2 years from delivery of the goods.
  2. Complaints about goods can be submitted by e-mail to info@kurad.eu or in writing to the Seller’s registered address. A complaint should include: the Customer’s details, a description of the lack of conformity, the date it was noticed and the Customer’s request (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
  3. The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the Seller does not respond within this period, the complaint is deemed to be accepted.
  4. All products offered in the Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s CE declaration of conformity, confirming that they meet the safety requirements of European Union law.
  5. The fabrics and filling used to make the pillows have certificates confirming their quality and safety (including the absence of substances harmful to health), issued by the manufacturers/suppliers of the materials. The certificates are available on request – please contact us at info@kurad.eu.
  6. Because the products are handmade, individual items may differ slightly in appearance (e.g. in the placement of the fabric pattern or the shade of colour) from the photos shown in the Shop. These differences result from the nature of handmade products and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
  7. The products are not resistant to open flames – keep them away from sources of fire and follow the care instructions in the product description.

Personal data and out-of-court dispute resolution

  1. The controller of the personal data of Customers processed in connection with using the Shop is the Seller. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Shop.
  2. The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. by contacting a consumer arbitration body or a consumer protection authority in their country of residence. Consumers resident in another EU country can also obtain free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net).

Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. This choice of law does not deprive Consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect on the day they are published in the Shop and do not affect orders placed before that date.
  3. These Terms are effective from: 28 September 2026.
